Srushti Dehmukh began preparing for UPSC in the third stage of her engineer diploma. She was unsure if engineering is the best career choice for her. Later, she realized her dream was civil services and started to focus on it. Her parents to consider an employment in the civil service and prepare herself for the examinations. She was motivated and focused only on becoming an IAS officer. To be able to pass UPSC is a lot of work. As she studied in engineering, she used to also study for different subjects of UPSC.
